I use bq20z655 in our products. I think the production of this integrated has been discontinued and we can no longer supply it. Is there a completely compatible product that I can use instead of this integrated one?
The LCD indicator is extremely important. I examined the data sheets of the bq20z65 and bq20z655 integrated circuits. As far as I understand, the bq20z65 cannot drive an LCD. It can only drive LED. We are also looking for a pin compatible integrated circuit. I would be happy if you help.
