Hello!  After much searching, I am not finding the TI recommended land pattern for BQ7016  RSN / PVP (S-PQFP-G64) 7.00mm x 7.00mm.  Does this data exist somewhere?

    This is not a part that I am familiar with, and it does not appear in a google search. Could you tell me exactly how this relates to the BQ79614?

    I am building TI part number BQ7016 which is advance release so does not show up on a TI site search.  I had to pick a part number to initiate the chat so just picked BQ79614

    The part number you pick determines which team this thread is given to.
