TPS564247: Vsw undershoots by nearly -2.5V

Part Number: TPS564247

Tool/software:

===================================

Vin=12V

Vout=5V

Ven = 4V

load = 3Ω

===================================

Cin1: 22uF x 5    GRM319R61C226ME15

Cin2: 0.1uF x 1   GRM155B31H104KE14D

Cout1: 22uF x 3  GRM319R61C226ME15

Cout2 : 0.1uF x 1 GRM155B31H104KE14D

L:1.5uH   1217AS-H-1R5N

Rfb(bottom):4.7kΩ

Rfb(up):volume+4.7kΩ

===================================

Do you know the cause of undershoot in the Vsw waveform?
I'm using the evaluation board as reference for the layout, but the evaluation board does not appear to have any undershoot.
Also, there is currently no adverse effect from undershoot on either Vin or Vout, but will this undershoot have any adverse effects, such as damage to the IC?

Vsw↓ -2.5V under shoot!

Vout(AC)↓ Vout(AC) / Vout(DC) = 1% ... no problem

Vin(AC)↓  Vin(AC) / Vin(DC) = 0.7% ... no problem
