I want to know the current handling capability of LM5143A-Q1. Does it supports Iout1= 5V@20A  and 3.3V@20A current requirement ?

    Hi Akshay,

    Yes, this should be fine, depending of course on the max ambient temperature, airflow, etc.

    As a reference, take a look at the LM5137F-Q1, a similar controller to the LM5143A-Q1, as its EVM is designed for 5V and 3.3V outputs at 20A, 440kHz. Note this is with 40V FETs. Depending on your max Vin, you may need 60v or 80v FETs.
