UCC27524: Top view silk print description

Hi team,

My customer is using UCC27524, and found special top view, it doesn't have TI logo. Could you help to judge whether it's fake, and could you please provide top view silk print description for this device?

    Hey Victoria,

    Thank you for reaching out with this customer's question regarding the UCC27524.

    This does appear to be correct markings. Can they please clean this off and take an image to show what all characters are so that I can be sure?

    The TI logo is not on all of our packages and some do just say TI.

    Hi William,

    Thanks for reply! I checked with customer where the goods came from. It's from our agent Arrow. So both me and customer think it can't be fake. 

    Do we have UCC27524 silk print description to provide to customer? Thanks!

    Hey Victoria,

    I would agree that from what I see, this does not appear to be a fake. Also since it is from Arrow, that would provide more confidence that it it is not a fake.

    The silk print features a Pin 1 dot and 3 lines of text. The top line will have 27524, the next line will have TI followed by a 3 character date code and assembly site indicator and the last line will be a code for the assembly lot.

    Is Arrow not able to verify their purchase from TI?

    Or can they share a clearer image showing all characters on the package and I could try to verify through the lot code?
