Does TI have any transient thermal resistance (R_thetaJA) information for the TPS1HTC30AQPWPRQ1 high side switch? I am trying to understand how quickly the junction temperature would rise if the device had to supply a 16A current pulse for 4ms.

Running the simulation for 16A for 4ms at 71C ambient:
The maximum here tops out at 118.9C- which is well below the device's maximum of 150C. Note this is a worst case analysis and also based on a JEDEC 2s2p board. In reality, the layout could be better than a JEDEC 2s2p board an the thermals would improve.
