TPS7A20: low iq high PSRR

May I know there have alternative LDO for below Anasemi VRH series?

Iout = 250mA Vout = 3.3V, low dropout, PSRR~70DB, under 25uA

We found the closest is TPS7A20 series but

    The TPS7A20 seems like an excellent choice for this type of application, it can supply 300mA current and only requires 13uA of Iq while maintaining great PSRR. 

    Below is the PSRR of the TPS7A20 with the most similar conditions that we could use to compare to the Anasemi device. As you can see the TPS7A20 has higher PSRR for most frequencies and critically it provides great PSRR even at high frequencies where most switching or other noise occurs.

    Sorry, I'm not finished my post but sent it out.

    We found the closest is TPS7A20 series but it may fail on some ESD test.

    We want find the part similar as TPS7A20 also have  PSRR~70DB, under 25uA LDO to let customer doing the ESD test.

    What is the ESD requirement? I'm surprised to hear a concern with TPS7A20 ESD as it supports significantly higher ESD than many modern devices and more than JEDEC recommends also it is used by several thousand different customers without issue.
