TPS7A20: higher PSRR solution for 5Vin LDO

Dear Team,

Could we have your suggestion about 5Vin @300mA LDO with 90dB PSRR?

I found TPS7A20 is the close one. But still not good enough for customer's application.

Hi Ben,

At what frequency, drop-out, and frequency is the 90dB PSRR required?

Here is a plot showing the PSRR showing different drop-out voltages with V

at 2.8V:

Can you clarify? Also, do you see other devices that have high PSRR? Last but not least is it PSRR or noise that they are concerned with? What is the application and load bring powered?

Hi JCHK,

Vin=3.8V, Vout=3.3V, I_load=400mA

200Hz~200kHz have to close to 90dB.

It's and RF application. Customer design with ADM7154 now.

Hi Ben,

Right now our best solution is either the TPS7A20 or TPS7A90.

We are working on a next-gen product that has lower noise and better PSRR.
