Normally, we don't have this type of efficiency data available, but by coincidence, we have test data on these conditions.
This was tested with SiR188LDP switching FETs and a CMLB135T-6R8MS inductor. The FSW was 350kHz. The gate drive supply is provided by REGN.

Here's a zoomed in version of the same image that cuts out the data at lower currents.

The efficiency can further be improved by using an external gate drive of either 5V or 7V.
