your max load current is 110A and current limit is 115A?

min current limit value is coming 108A. you can add RLC1 and RLC2 for sizing the current limits.

Yes, soft start with red circle.

If you are in early state of design, I can recommend you go for integrated FET solution which is easy to design.

For soft start, you need to connect cap from Gate to GND.

you can obtain the cap value from design calculator based on the ramp voltage you want.
