Dear Sir/Madam,

We like to explore more technical clarification for biasing application circuit of HMC980 (especially image attached) .

we required P-CH MOSFET ,SO we have selected U2 = tps1100D is it good or not ?

maximum we are going to apply +7V/1A current .

2nd point U5 = TPS7A2433DBVR is it good to generate +3.3V ?

Hi Tapajit,

tps1100D is good for 7V/1A. Please note when the chip temperature gets higher, the suggested continuous current will decrease.

And yes, TPS7A2433DBVR can generate 3.3V.

Hi sir,

1.Can +3.3V generated first then +7V pass after P-CH is it right ?

2. what we require is pin 9((VDIG) apply first 3.3V prior to pin-1( VCC ) of HMC 980 datasheet instructions that why we are making same arrangements as per evaluation board of spontix microwave - 651-1308-C0 .

The start-up sequency would be rely on the circuit design rather than the chip parameters.
