TPS62841-2EVM123: Power Efficiency Plot

Tool/software:

The datasheet doesn't show efficiency plot for 62841 and 62842. We are looking for close to 85~90%, with Vin @5V/3.3V , outputting 1.8V and 1.0V, with operating current <10mA range. Would the EVM fit the purpose?

    Hi Chin,

    The efficiency for all three device (0/1/2) version will be same. The only difference among the versions is they have different output voltage ranges. 

    You can find the efficiency for 1.8V output, DGR package in figure 22 of the datasheet. Figures 20 and 21 show the efficiency for 0.8V and 1.2V outputs respectively. The 1V data will fall between these curves.
