Do we have device whose SOA is better than CSD16415Q5? p2p is needed.

    Hello Naizeng,

    Thanks for the inquiry. In 5x6mm SON package, the CSD16415Q5 has the best SOA capability for 25V/30V FETs. We don't have anything with better capability that is p2p. There are higher voltage FETs in larger packages with better SOA capabilities such as the CSD18536KTT 60V FET in D2PAK or CSD18536KCS FET in TO220.
