Tool/software:
My customers are using LM5163 and are facing some problems of the unstable switching frequency and acoustic noise of inductors. As showed in the schematic, they designed the schematic for a 74Vin (60V-85V), 5Vout, 0.35A Fsw=850kHz demand. However, under about 0.2A load the switching frequency is unstable. As you can see in the waveform of SW point as below, the switching frequency is changing and there is an acoustic noise heard by the inductors.
So could you pls help check the schematic and layout ? is there any reason that could cause the Fsw unstable and the acoustic noise?
