Please tell me how to use the VIO_EN pin.

According to data sheet, VIO_EN can either be connected with VIO power supply or GPIO.

How does the device behave when connected to the VIO power supply?

How does the device behave when connected to the GPIO?

    Hi Atsushi,

    You can understand this pin as an external EN pin.

    When you connect to the VIO power supply, the device will skip the shutdown mode to standby mode directly.

    When you connect to the GPIO, you can control the GPIO output to let device enter shutdown mode or standby mode. Then, you can get a lowest quiescent current in shutdown mode.
