TPS1685: Parallel Mode of TPS1685 with separate power supplies

Hello TI Team!

We would like to know if the TPS1685 can be used in parallel connection mode on a system with two separate power supplies that are designed to have the same output voltage (40V).

If so, do you have additional documentation about this use case?

We are looking into using a separate enable pin for each device, do you see a problem with this?.

Please see the diagram below:

Also, Is it possible to get the Altium files of the TPS1685EVM? We looked at the User's Guide, and the PCB layer plots are not available.

The concern is that device does not have reverse current blocking. If VIN1 suppose goes below VIN2 then reverse current will flow VIN2 to VIN1.

Thanks Kunal! Although not shown in the mock-up diagram above, it seems that schottky diode isolation between the two supplies would address this concern, right? If that is concern is abated, are there any other concerns that we should consider?
