TPS54336A: There is no device's package material information, please help.

My customer needs TPS54336ADDAR package material information in datasheet, otherwise their factory can't approve Rd to design it.

Please check our datasheet page 44, 45, 46.

I can't see TPS54336ADDAR (tape & Reel) package material information.

Please help, without this information, we can't design in this part.

Please see 2nd column, there is T&R package type.

Please provide document ASAP.
