Is the WAKE button being held while bqStudio is being initialized? Can you please send a picture of the EVM so we can look at the jumper configuration?

It is not evm,it is our board which we had done.

• The Bq window is not detecting when v connect the battery pack

We have connected 5 cells and sufficient voltage we are getting at the BAT pins

Also We are using EV2300 for communication purpose ,Is it can be used or shall we need to use EV2400?

When I try to connect my board using EV2400 also the gauge is not detecting .

Also when i tried to give power using external to battery pin voltage also it is not detecting

The SMBUS lines has power of 3.3V and  also we could not able to detect the IC in Bq studio

When bqStudio does not auto-detect the device, can you please share what is being seen in the image below?

EV2300 and EV2400 should be able to communicate in this situation.
