Also, please confirm the inductance values in the typical application circuit, which should be uH and uF, is it right？

May I ask your end-equipment application please? We have some new roadmap devices for flash applications instead of TPS61310.

What do you mean 'punching the via hole TPS61310'?

The inductor value should be uH level. Sorry for the mistake in datasheet.

Regarding the question of via holes, I would like to know the recommended via size on the PCB.
