My customer is using TPS43060 and low-side FETs break on their multiple systems.

Have you ever seen such a symptom?

If yes, could you tell me the cause of that time?

    I would like to explain the failure mode of the TPS43060. The HDRV is always outputting high. The LDRV appears to be working. Does the above information help you determine what is wrong with the TPS43060?
