My customer has been using TPS2052BDR for a long time. They would like to get the details of the following specification revisions in the TPS2052B datasheet history.

Could you please provide details of the specification change?

    Hi JH,

    The following are the changes for the TPS2052BDR:

    Parameter Before Change After Change

    Supply current, high-level output

    		 50 - 90uA 95 - 120uA

    Undervoltage Lockout (Low-level input voltage, IN)

    		 Max 2.5V Max 2.6V
    Overcurrent Protection

    Used to have an Ioc, or Overcurrent trip threshold.

    Followed the "Current Limiting with Peaking" behavior

    No longer has an IOC.

    Now follows the "Flat Current Limit" behavior.

    See Section 8.3.7 in the datasheet for more details on the difference between "Current Limit with Peaking" vs. "Flat Current Limit".
