TPS65982DMC: GPIO event map IRQ port

Project is TPS65994BG+TPS65982DMC+ Intel Barlow Ridge EP design(TBT 5). At Intel reference design( bullshark )USB2 hub is control by TPS65982DMC. 

GPIO_0 -> USB2_VBUS_DET

GPIO_1 -> USB2_UFP_SEL

GPIO_4 -> IRQ Port A/B

But our design USB2 hub can't function because TPS65982DMC do not correct active above 3 GPIO pin. We probe the TPS65994BG I2C_EC_IRQ -> TPS65982DMC GPIO_4 is active(low). But TPS65982DMC do nothing( expected  TPS65982DMC will generate I2C cycle to TPS65994BG read out status of USB cable insert )  . 

Seems TPS65994BG can not notify TPS65982DMC. I2C_EC_IRQ at first time cable insert assert low then low forever. Anything else we need configure ?
