Hi,

We are planning to use TPS562200DDCR part in our design. I have run webench for the below input output values

Vin = 5-6V

Vout = 3.3V@1.5A

The webench is giving error "Design update failed. Calculated duty cycle exceeds limit"

Bu our design will take nearly 1A. when i give 1A, the webench is giving the proper output. Do i need to change the regulator? is there any other regulator within this price range?

Is there any alternate part from TI in same package with below requirements,

Vin - 2-7V
Vout(Min) - 1.2V
Iout - 2A

Also, the Ambient temp is 70degree

Our low voltage devices usually support 5.5V Vinmax, could you limit your input voltage range? Can I know your application so I can give you advanced advice.

Hi,

Vinmin of TPS562242 is 3V, which means the device will shut down when Vin is lower than UVLO threshold(2.72V typical).

The Vin voltage in our case is always above 4.5V.
