TPS563300: DC-DC converter

Hi 

Please refer to this Apps note: Designing a Simple and Low-Cost Flybuck Solution With the TPS62933F ,You can output iso and non-iso output at same time.

Currently I am using TPS563300DRLR this regulator and flyback transformer in my design. ----are you already using the Fly-buck topology ? 

Can you share your end equipment and application needs? (like the Iout needs)

Are you already using the Fly-buck topology ?  - Yes.

Can you share your end equipment and application needs? - Vin : 24V, Vout1(non-isolated) : 3.3V, Iout1 (non-isolated): 100mA, Vout2 (Isolated) : 5V, Iout (Isolated): 200mA.

Here is the schematic which I am having. Here used Buck converter is l5972d from STM. In my current design I thought to use TPS563300DRLR from TI.

But In addition to this, I am searching for any other alternate technology for generating isolated and non-isolated output using single IC.

Hi 

You  got one non-isolated output-VCC1, and one isolated output-powering for IC300; Fly-Buck is suitable to use here.

TPS563300 is PFM mode under light load, to configure Fly-buck ,please choose TPS62933F.

 TPS62933F is internal compensated, so no need to design the COMP network, and it's synchronous buck converter, no need to add D300; it also has lower Rdson and programmable fsw from 200k to 2.2MHz. You can use the 250kHz same as current circuit or you can choose higher fsw to achieve smaller transformer size.

BTW, Is there any system concern to place so many Couts ? There should be no need for the 1nF and 10nF and you can remove 2×100nF；
