Hi Team,
we use the CYStek_ MTE020N10RF3, but it always damage when we turn on and off power. and use IRF530_MOS can be pass, MTE020N10RF3_MOS always damage.
accorinng to the results of IRF530_MOS, it corresponds to the MTE020N10RF3 SOA table, still in the safe range.
also use excel tool to calculate parameter, how can we improve this problem? any suggestion or methods? thanks for you help and learn from you.
