Hello Ti,

I'm using  TPS65931211RWERQ1 for my battery operated custom design, can I use PMIC's RTC for date and time. 
and also if battery is connected and system is OFF will it update date and time also.

    Hello Abhineet,

    In short, yes it will continuously update the RTC if PIN36: VBACKUP is connected to a valid power supply, like a coin cell operated battery.

    The coin cell battery connected powers LDOVRTC which does the following, please see the state diagram as well.
