BQ40Z50-R2: CUV and CUVC which is used to turn off the DSG FET

Dear TI expert,

    can you advise which voltage value is used to turn off the DSG FET? CUV or CUVC? what's the differences between them?

    Both of these protections will turn off the discharge FET since they both include [XDSG] = 1 in their action lists. The CUVC is a compensated protection based on a different set of conditions to gauge the undervoltage of the cell:
