While debugging TDAVH, I encountered a startup exception. Despite resolving the issue, the interrupt register of TPS6594 showed no flag, yet TDA4VH's main domain power supply only displayed a single pulse waveform, suggesting an interrupt had occurred. In our power supply design, the main domain's POWER GOOD is connected to the enable pin of TPS62873. Given the enable pin's bidirectional functionality, it's possible that an interrupt has triggered within TPS62873. How can we ascertain the status of TPS62873's internal registers

Thanks for reaching out to us.

It's possible to check what could triggered the POWER GOOD to go Low by accessing the STATUS register of the device. Kindly refer to Sec. 9.6.5 of the datasheet for details.

By the way, did you check the output voltage if it is within regulation?

Hi Wang,

I'm not sure if TPS6592 can be used to communicate with TPS62873. Anyway, you just need USB2ANY interface adapter and GUI to check the status of TPS62873. See the links below for details.

By the way, is the output voltage still within regulation when POWER GOOD goes Low?
