When using TPS25990*1+TPS25985*2 in parallel and doing measurement experiments through the GUI, the GUI cannot display the current flowing through each IC.
If we want to know the current flowing through TPS25990 or TPS25985, can we use the Use equation (35) to evaluate the current carried by each chip?
In this experiment, we took the total current of 152Amp and designed RILIM(TPS25990): 360 ohm, RILIM(TPS25985): 274ohm, RILIM(TPS25985): 274ohm as an example. By measuring the VILIM of TPS25990&TPS25985, we obtained VILIM(tps25990) : 269 mV, VILIM(TPS25985) : 240 mV, VILIM(TPS25985) : 303.76 mV, calculated through equation (35), we get TPS25990: 41.1Amp, TPS25985: 45.18Amp, 25985: 60.98Amp.
Conclusion: Is it reasonable to calculate the load current of each IC through equation (35) and the loading force?
