I want to do the GPCRB. I export gg.csv, it is 0E of the Update Status in this gg.csv.

When I get TI report (gg_out.csv / chemdat12_IDxxxx) from TI GPCRB tool. it is 06 of the Update Status in this gg_out.csv.

I have one question, may I need to do one cycle (charge->relex->dsg), let it 06 to 0E. And then export golden file (srec and gg file).

Or It is okay of the 06 and export golden file (srec and gg file) directly.

    There is something wrong with my GPCRB-report. Why does the QMAX CEll change from 6614 to 17799?

    In the low temperature data sent, there is a significant drop in the voltage during the discharge. Can you please confirm whether a cell got disconnected at this time or if this is repeatable:

    Refer to cell spec of discharge characteristics of NCR18650GA at-20℃,0.2C,1.0C

    My SPEC, 4S2P 18650GA, DSG: 5A (system current), Ta: -20 degree C

  • Hi Mulin,

    Regarding the Qmax change, this should not happen since the Qmax Delta value should limit the maximum change in Qmax per update (in your .gg it is set to 15%). If the Qmax values are changed back to the learning cycle values and ran through the application typical load, how large is the change in Qmax?

    I believe both options are sufficient. When the gauge is deployed in application, the learning status will update to 0E when a field update occurs, so the .srec can be exported with a learning status of 06.

    To make GPCRA0 and export the gg.csv file, please refer to the below attached, Qmax is 6614.

    Because my customer had issue at low temp., want to make GPCRB.

    1. I have retest GPCRB, Qmax is normal, tks.

    I believe both options are sufficient. When the gauge is deployed in application, the learning status will update to 0E when a field update occurs, so the .srec can be exported with a learning status of 06.

    2. The update status is 06 after import gg_out.csv., and I do one cycle (charge->relex->dsg->relex). Why the update status not changes to 0E.
