UC1843A: UC1843A-SPFK_TRANS model not simulating COMP pin accurately

Tool/software:

This model seems to be operating incorrectly and is able to source ~4A. 

Why is the Comp pin sourcing ~4A when the limit is ~1mA? Is there a different model I should be using?

    Hi,

    It looks to me that is a simulation glitch which is likely due to a not practical setup such as very small impedance during that circuit change. If you cannot ignore this glitch, it looks this model cannot be used in your case.
