For fast trip response usually current slew rate is much higher and Itrip value is more 1.87A.

Here it's 1.15A.

per checked, Ilim setting is 0.6A. ILIM is 20KR. 

So Itrip around 1.15A. so the waveform is correct.

Another 2 question are below.

1. Cusotmer wants to know when trigger I fasttrip then down to zero and current back to 

I(SCL). what is the time? 

2. The test condition is 24V. but customer wants to know what does Vin-Vo=5V means.

Due to customer's application is motor control. so is it will have any impact? thanks

Sorry for the delay.

1. You can refer to figure9-13 in datasheet. Time interval is ~250 uSec.

2.This is testing methodology to create over drive voltage between Vds. You can check 9.3.5.2 Short Circuit Protection.

Does customer want current limiting or circuit breaker action?

update 2 pic needs you to explain some questions.

Customer's current lim setting is 15KR. around 0.8A , I_fasttrip point is 0.8*1.87+0.015 =1.496+0.015 =1.511

The customer asked why it was not triggered immediately but waited until the next cycle.

What is I_fasttrip (Max) point? 

Grees is Vin

Yellow is Vo

Red is cuurent
