I'll ask again specifically about FMEA or EMC.

(1) Can you provide pin open, pin to VCC short circuit, pin to GND short circuit failure mode analysis information ?

(2) Can you provide noise immunity estimation data or information for noise sensitive or Hi-Z node e.g. VFB, VREG5, SS

Hi Ishiwata-san,

I can check FMEA or point 1 above with design team. For point 2, we do not have any such data. Please give me till end of next week for the information on point 1. If you want, we can also communicate via email and close this thread in the meanwhile.
