Hello, we are designing an end product for the customer. We would need a standalone fuel gauge on system board.
Battery is not changeable by the end user. The battery is 1-cell Li-on, 5000mAh capacity and can be charged max. 1C.
The battery already has integrated protection circuit and NTC -> fuel gauge is placed on main board side.
Typical use case for charging is that it happens during device's OFF-state(application processor is off).
Fuel gauge should function independently and have NVM memory for its data.
Fuel gauge should have I2C interface, so application processor can read out EM data, when processor is running.
Fuel gauge preferably should have self-learning algorithm.
Preferable small size and reasonable price for the component.
What would be your fuel gauge recommendation for above end product ?
