Hi,

I am using UCC2818D for AC-DC converter (300W), but I got efficiency only 82% with resistive load, can you please let me know how I can increase the efficiency. I have attached schematic in previous case no CS2319816 pls check.

input AC voltage and AC current waveform shapes are not in line at 230Vac and 264Vac with resistive loads.

    I am unable to find the previous case CS2319816.

    Please post the schematic file for this design, here in this thread.
    It is difficult to guess the cause of the current distortion and the cause of the low efficiency without analyzing the schematic diagram.  

    One thing that you can do is look for components that are running abnormally hot.  They may be improperly sized for the stresses they are subjected to.
