I am using BQ79616-q1 as BMS controller for my battery bank project. I am using NFAULT for indication of faulty condition to microcontroller. My question is what the maximum current is supplied by the NFAULT pin during fault condition.

Hi,

You can draw 5mA from the NFAULT pin when HIGH.
