Bq79731 is used for energy storage system. We have a issue about bq79731 could you support this problem? The problem is 3 pins of bq79731 are connected to three contactor seperately as illustrated in your reference design. ( charge, discharge, battery negative main contactors) If these contactors are turned on at the same time bq79731 is happen to communication fault. It should be noted that this fault does not occur consistently; it may manifest on the 50th or 40th attempt. Bq79731 don't response in a time. While the problem is solved by itself, sometimes it requires turning on and off. What could be the reason for this fault?
