BQ27Z561-R1: BQ27Z561 write data flash failed.

I'm sure the cell voltage is higher than Valid Update Voltage, and I try to switch IIC mode to HDQ mode, but it still failed to write Data Flash.

The debuger is EV2400, and the software is BQStuido 1.3.127, the configration of BQ27Z561 is default.

I try to update the firmware, I use the BQ27Z561R2 which is downloaded from TI website, but it still failed.

I have tried many pcb boards and debuger, but it make no use.

I try a new pcb board, and use a DC souece as power supply, set Voltage = 4V, it is higher than Valid Update Voltage. the SEC1 = 0 SEC0 = 1

I can read/write regesiter successfully, read data_memory successful. But when i try to write data_memory, bqStudio show a warnning message, the value can't be writen.

I tried again, set checksum = NOT(0x95 + 0x44 + 0x0A) = NOT(0xE3) = 0x1C, but still failed as before.

I decide to buy some new chips with BA27Z561-R2 fireware, I use BQ27Z561 fireware now, and I failed to update the  fireware to R2 version.

I means that I manually write the value by using Advanced Com， but it still failed.

I don't know whther this issue is due to my firmware version being too old. My current firmware version is BQ27Z561.
