Tool/software:
Hello,
I'm designing a 280W PSFB converter, 18-50V input for 28V output. As I'm testing the prototype, I noticed that the 2 anti-parallel diodes (D2 and D9 in the evaluation board Using the UCC27714EVM-551 (Rev. A) (ti.com) ) are consuming too much power.
That power comes from the shim inductor and the transformer (470nH for the shim) but I can't find a way to resolve that issue. Shall I try to change Tabset or my current sensing regulation ? Furthermore, the design of those 2 diodes is not mentionned in the datasheet, the application note or the excel design sheet.
Would you have any idea on how to resolve my issue ?
Thanks in advance,
Florian
