May I know the number of layer of TPSM8D6C24EVM-2PH? The thermal image on the userguide seems good, but PCB layer is also the important point to determine the heat dissipation performance.

You can get the PCB layer information from the Users Guide on the product page from web

and thermals on module is limited by Inductor this module uses XGL6030-221ME inductor
