About the ILIM pin of the TPS22950 the limit current value is determined by the resistance value connected to the ILIM pin. Is there a way to check the limit current value by connecting a variable resistor?

For example, measure the voltage at the ILIM terminal and see the voltage changes depending on the resistance value.

    Hi Makota-san,

    I am slightly confused here. Can you provide little more information on the intended use case. ILIM pin in this device is not a dual function pin so by design it cannot be used for monitoring the current through the device. You may still be able to correlate the voltage reading (depending on the resistor kept at the pin) with the current through the device but that is not guaranteed for this device. 

    You can want to look at some other parts like TPS2595 (eFuse) for more features but this comes with bigger package area.
