TPSM82903: The EN pin off delay time about TPSM82903

I have been reviewing the datasheet of the TPSM82903SISR and have a question regarding the power-off delay time of the EN pin.
TPSM82903, 3-A, 3-V to 17-V, High Efficiency and Low IQ Buck Converter Module in a MicroSiPTM Package with an Integrated Inductor datasheet (Rev. B)

I can confirm the TON(MIN) time about the en pin.

I only find the [Figure 8-44. Output Discharge Function – Enabled] ,but I can not find the EN pin accurate off delay time to disable the FET. 

My worry is that if the power-down delay time of the EN pin is too long, VIN may continuously be in a short-circuit state.
