TPS62902: Start timing of "start-up delay time"

Hi,

When VIN is connected with EN, "Start-up delay time" is from EN=UVLO to start switching.  Is it correct?

I think EN's High voltage is typical 1.0V, but TPS6290x have not started yet.  Although my understanding is from EN=UVLO(2.925V), not EN=1.0V, I want to confirm it.
