Hi,

I designed the PCB based on LM25148. I did two versions of it but both failed.
I couldn't figure it out the issue.

Right now the board is in China to another team of TI. I sent them with other chip boards for testing. They told me that US team will handle for testing of those boards based on LM25148.

I need some assistance to find out the issue of those boards. I got PCB design reviews and everything prior to fabrication. It is a bit urgent because we already wasted a time in fabrications.

Can you also describe the issue you are seeing and share any relevant data?

We will need that information in order to help debug on this forum. Otherwise, you will need to follow up with the TI team currently handling this case.

Can you share with me your email so i can send you complete layout files?

Also, the other TI team said that it is not their department IC so they can't help me with the physical board testing of this IC. Although they tested other board that belongs to their department.

Is it possible if i can send you board to find the issue?

Right now it is in China.

If you want to send a board, then you will need to reach out to your local TI sales representative regarding that issue.

First, however, we should review the layout and schematic. You can either send it via private message on E2E or go through your local TI representative.
