Hi,

My customer reported they met I2C NAK behavior, may I know what condition TUSB546 will cause I2C NAK?

And how to resolve this issue?

Please advise!

Hi Tiger,

Can you show the customer schematic? If the I2C lines are handled incorrectly, it could be causing the issue.

Are you able to detect the device on the correct I2C address?

As checked at customer side, the issue is due to Mux voltage droop too low, 2V.
