Tool/software:

Hello Team,

In our project we are using the LM25143-Q1 IC. Input voltage is 12V, desired output voltage 3.3V, Switching frequency 220KHz.
Switching time is 4.5us. Is there any calculation for the ON time period and OFF time period of High side MOSFET and Low side MOSFET. I can't find these details in Quickstart guide sheet.

    The ON time could be calculated from the fundamental equation of buck converter,

    Ton = DTs.

    where, effective duty cycle considering the losses in circuit can be computed as,
