Hi team, 

Could you share its thermal shutdown typ and max spec? Datasheet shows just "min" value as 150'C.

    Hi Ochi-san,

    What the data sheet is conveying is that the thermal shutdown temperature will always be at least 150C, so that specification should be designed around. Any higher thermal shutdown temperatures can occur but they will always be safe and will not damage the device.

    Why are these typ and max specifications needed?
