I have a customer with the below inquiry, let me know your thoughts and thanks in advance!
"I’m working on qualifying the TPS1H000 for use in one of our products and had a question about the maximum current rating. I see that the maximum load current is 1A, and that the maximum current limit value is 1.8A. However I don’t see any charts describing the maximum power dissipation as a function of pulse/spike width.
Do you know if TI has data showing the ability of the device to sustain a single pulse of 1.1A amplitude for a duration of 10ms without incurring significant stress?"
