Hi Team,
I saw this thread as a reference and Nexteer is asking for the leakage spec for the DIAG_EN pin. Can you please share it with me offline?
Nexteer also asked for a leakage current spec on the output pin when the FET is on (12V applied to VS). I saw a spec for leakage when the FET was off, but not on. Do we have this characterized? My guess is it's extremely small, but I wanted to check.
