I'm bringing-up a board with the LM4051AIM3-ADJ/NOPB and only seeing ~0.8V on the cathode pin. Design target is Vz =1.40V from a 3.3V supply. Schematic attached.
I think there's also a mistake in the datasheet pinout table. The NAME column matches the diode anode/cathode symbol but the DESCRIPTION seems to be swapped for Anode and Cathode. In any case, I think I got the wiring right in the schematic.
Please advise. Thanks!
